Your adventure begins with an early morning drive from Arusha to the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Entering through the Marangu Gate, you will begin your guided day hike along one of the mountain’s most scenic forest trails. The lush rainforest is alive with birds, towering trees, and occasional sightings of primates. You will trek up to Mandara Hut (2,700m), stopping for rest and lunch while enjoying views of the Maundi Crater. After soaking in the fresh mountain air, descend back to the gate where your driver awaits. Return to Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2
Tarangire National Park
Tarangire National Park
We will pick you up from your hotel and, after meeting your guide, chef, and fellow travelers, begin the journey to Tarangire National Park — approximately a 2-hour drive from town.
The park is renowned for its diverse landscapes, marked by vast savannahs, seasonal swamps, and majestic ancient baobab trees.
Upon arrival, you will begin a game drive, guided by the latest wildlife sighting reports to increase your chances of spotting animals — particularly predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards, which are often more elusive. Herbivores including giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, and many others can be seen roaming throughout the park in great numbers.
After enjoying lunch, you will continue with the afternoon game drive before exiting the park at around 4:30 pm. From there, you will head to your campsite accommodation, where a freshly prepared dinner awaits, followed by a relaxing evening and overnight stay.

Day 3
Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you’ll depart for Serengeti National Park, traveling through the beautiful high-lying farmlands of Karatu and the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As you leave the lush highlands behind, you’ll descend into the heart of wild Africa—the vast Serengeti plains—where endless grasslands stretch as far as the eye can see.
You’ll continue toward the central part of the park, the renowned Seronera area, one of the richest wildlife habitats in the Serengeti. This region is home to the Seronera River, a vital water source that attracts an abundance of wildlife and supports a remarkable concentration of species year-round.
Arriving in time for lunch, you’ll relax before setting out on an afternoon game drive in the Serengeti, where you’ll have the opportunity to spot lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and many other iconic African animals in their natural habitat.

After an early breakfast, you will be picked up by your professional driver-guide for a fully guided game drive in Serengeti National Park. Traveling in a pop-up roof safari jeep—perfect for wildlife viewing and photography—you’ll explore the vast plains and search for iconic species such as lions, elephants, giraffes, and, if you’re lucky, elusive leopards.
For those seeking an even more immersive experience, optional activities like a guided walking safari or a breathtaking hot air balloon safari over the Serengeti can be arranged at an additional cost, offering a unique perspective of the landscape and wildlife below.
After a full day of adventure, you will return to your lodge inside the Serengeti to relax and reflect on the day’s incredible sightings. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner followed by an overnight stay, surrounded by the unforgettable sounds of the African wilderness.

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast before beginning your journey from Karatu back toward Kilimanjaro International Airport. Take in the last views of the Tanzanian highlands as you reflect on your adventure. Your guide will ensure a timely arrival at the airport for your onward flight.
