Nairobi to Maasai mara

Pick up from the hotel/ office at 7:30 am meet with the rest of the group and depart from Nairobi and drive through rich Kikuyu farmland to the Edge of the Rift Valley. Descend the escarpment and drive via Narok entering Hemingway country; Serengeti plain Arrive in the Maasai mara game reserve in good time for lunch. Check in at the Semi Luxury camp/Budget camp /Lodge, Have lunch then proceed for the afternoon game drive in search of black manned lions, elephants, leopards, cheetah, buffaloes and other plain game. Returning to the Semi Luxury camp/Budget camp /Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Maasai Mara

After an early breakfast, you will depart your camp/lodge at approximately 7:00 AM for a full day of game viewing across the vast, wildlife-rich plains of the Maasai Mara. This extended game drive allows you to explore different regions of the reserve, increasing your chances of spotting the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, and buffalo—as well as cheetahs, hyenas, giraffes, zebras, and countless antelope species.

You will traverse the savannah as your guide interprets animal behavior, migratory patterns, and the unique ecosystem of the Mara. Around 12:30 PM, you will enjoy a packed picnic lunch at a scenic spot along the Mara River, where you may observe hippos and crocodiles in their natural habitat.

After lunch, the adventure continues with an afternoon game drive, exploring new areas of the reserve and following wildlife activity until late afternoon. You will return to your camp/lodge at around 5–5:30 PM, freshen up, Dinner and overnight at Lodge /camp.

Full Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara

After an early breakfast, depart for a full-day exploration of the Maasai Mara. The morning hours offer the best chance to spot predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards as they are most active before the heat sets in. Your guide will take you through different sections of the reserve, including open plains and riverine areas, to maximize wildlife sightings.

Around midday, enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated site inside the park, surrounded by the beautiful Mara landscapes. After lunch, continue with an extended afternoon game drive, covering more wildlife-rich areas and searching for elephants, giraffes, buffalos, hippos, and a variety of plains game.
In the late afternoon, begin a relaxed drive back to the camp or lodge, arriving in time to refresh before dinner and enjoy a peaceful evening in the wild. All meals and over night in the lodge/camp.

After breakfast, you may take an optional visit to a Maasai Village to experience their traditional lifestyle, cultural dances, And learn about their customs and way of life. After the visit, proceed with the drive toward Nakuru, enjoying a relaxed journey with scenic views of the Rift Valley. Lunch will be served en route at a convenient stop. Continue with the drive in the afternoon, arriving in Nakuru in the late evening for check-in, dinner and overnight at the hotel/lodge.

Lake Nakuru to Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, exploring its rich wildlife including rhinos, giraffes, buffalo, lions, and diverse birdlife along the lakeshore.
After the game drive, depart Nakuru and drive toward Nairobi, where you will stop for lunch. Continue the journey to Amboseli National Park, entering the park for an afternoon game drive en route to your lodge/camp.
Arrive at the lodge/camp in the late evening for dinner and overnight, with the rest of the evening at leisure.
