Materuni Waterfalls, Coffee Tour and Hot Springs
Your guide will meet you at the airport and warmly welcome you to Serengeti African Tours before giving a brief overview of your upcoming 3-day adventure. From there, you’ll head to Materuni Waterfalls, located at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro. This impressive fall, among the tallest in the region, pours fresh glacier water into a natural pool. The scenic trail passes through lush valleys, tropical forests, and local farms of coffee, bananas, avocados, and other crops. You’ll enjoy a traditional Chagga lunch before continuing to Chemka Hot Springs. The road is rough, so the drive takes about 40 minutes, but the views and glimpses of local life are rewarding. At the springs, you can swim, relax, enjoy the sun, and have lunch. If you wish, we can prepare a tasty barbecue while you swim. After the experience, your guide will drive you to your hotel.

Ngorongoro Crater and Departure
On the final day of your 3-day adventure, your guide will pick you up early from your accommodation in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This remarkable region in northern Tanzania is famous for the vast volcanic Ngorongoro Crater and its incredible wildlife, including the Big Five—elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, and rhino. Large herds of wildebeest and zebra roam the plains, especially during migration season, and Maasai livestock can often be seen grazing nearby. The area also holds deep historical significance, with ancient hominid fossils discovered in Olduvai Gorge. After enjoying lunch, you will continue with a final game drive before heading back to Arusha. Upon arrival, you’ll be dropped off at your hotel or the airport, bringing your unforgettable journey to a close.
