Day 1

Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

This is your first day on safari. Our guide will pick you up from your Nairobi hotel. Proceed to your lodge and arrive at around lunchtime. Later, depart for an afternoon guided game drive. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Lying at the base of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak, Amboseli National Park is one of Kenya's most popular parks. The name "Amboseli" comes from a Maasai word meaning "salty dust". Visiting this park, you can be assured that you will see the biggest herds of elephants. Lions, buffalos and thousands of wildebeests beautify the park with a swampy lake. Drive to Observation Hill. You can also go on a hike to enjoy the panoramic view of Amboseli National Park and Mount Kilimanjaro.

Full-Day Wildlife Moments at Amboseli

Today's itinerary is very flexible, and you can discuss the day's schedule with your guide.

You can have a relaxed breakfast and then depart for a full day game drive, leaving the lodge/camp at around 7:30am. You will have your picnic lunch, which you will enjoy during the day. In the afternoon, return to the lodge/camp.

Alternatively, you can depart at 6:00am on an early morning game drive, return to the lodge/camp for breakfast and relax until midafternoon. Then, at 4:00pm, depart on an afternoon game drive. At 6:30pm, return to the lodge/camp for dinner and your overnight stay. Drive will assist you which is suitable.

Day 3

Transfer to Tsavo West Naional Reserve

Transfer to Tsavo West Naional Reserve

Depart after breakfast and head to Tsavo West National Park. You will arrive in time for lunch and check in at Ngulia Safari Lodge. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in the famous park and see elephants and rhinos, visit Mzima Springs to spot hippos, crocodiles, kudus, dik-diks and many other wildlife sightings. You will return to the lodge in the late evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 4

Tsavo West to Tsavo East National Reserve

Enjoy your early buffet breakfast and check out before your game drive. Later, exit the park and proceed to Tsavo East National Park, the biggest national park in Kenya, also known as the man-eating savannah. Witness the red elephants bathing in muddy and swampy points. It's only here that you will witness the leopard at close range. Continue to your lodge for lunch and afternoon relaxation. Later, enjoy your afternoon game drive and return late in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Enjoy an early breakfast and check out. Proceed with an en-route game drive as you head to Mombasa beach. You will be dropped off at your hotel in the late afternoon, according to your schedule. If you wish to finish your safari in Nairobi, it can also be arranged at no additional cost.
