Day 1

Nairobi-Maasai Mara

You will be picked from your hotel or from the Airport in Nairobi and depart very early in the morning to Maasai Mara National Reserve. Mara Reserve is one of the few places left on earth where abundant wildlife still lives undisturbed. This extensive reserve is actually part of the Serengeti vast plains famously known for its amazing great migration of wildebeests and is home to the Big Five: lions, elephants, leopards, buffalos, and rhinos. You will have lunch at the camp and relax shortly before proceeding for the afternoon drive. Other animals in the park include the Maasai giraffes, buffalos, elands, impalas, zebras, topi, and both Thompson's and Grant gazelles Arrive in time for lunch at your Lodge and go on an afternoon game drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp.

Day 2

After an early morning breakfast, you will spend the whole day exploring the Park’s scenic savannah, acacia trees and rolling hills. Mara is well known for its vast herds of plains game animals and many other herbivores. You will hardly miss seeing the Big Five (buffalo, elephant, leopard, lion, and rhino). At the park, you will have an opportunity to drive down to the Mara River, the site of the Great Migration when in season—July through October. The immense herds of wildebeests and zebras are a magnificent sight, matched only by the drama of the predators who lie in wait for them. For more experience at an extra cost, you will have the alternative of visiting the nearby Maasai community and witnessing their lifestyle and their traditional culture. You can have a pre-dawn hot air balloon ride high above the reserve as the morning light breaks across the golden savannah and witness the herds of wildlife emerging into the day. Dinner and overnight stay at the camp.

Day 3

Mara-Lake Nakuru

After breakfast, check out and depart for Lake Nakuru National Park. The drive from Masai mara will allow you to enjoy the scenic views along the way. Lake Nakuru which is also called the pink lake and popularly known for its high population of flamingoes and other water birds, has other various species of mammals existing in its ecosystem. All the Big Five except the elephant are here as well as giraffes, zebras, hippos, waterbucks, and spotted hyenas among others. This park is rich with over 350 bird species. Apart from the popular greater and lesser flamingos, there are also plovers, marabou storks, white pelicans, and egrets. Arrive in time for lunch an have an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.

At Amboseli National Park, You have two exciting options for exploring the breathtaking wildlife and landscapes.

For the first option, you’ll start your day with a hearty breakfast before heading out into the park with a packed lunch. Spend the entire day uncovering the wonders of Amboseli, from its lush marshlands to its sprawling swamps, as you observe the incredible variety of wildlife. After a full day of adventure, you’ll return to the hotel in the late afternoon to unwind and reflect on your experiences.

The second option begins with an early morning game drive, the perfect time to see animals at their most active. After the drive, return to the lodge to enjoy a relaxing breakfast and lunch. Spend the midday hours in camp, where you can relax with a good book, write in your journal, or watch the vibrant birdlife around you. In the late afternoon, around 4 pm, you’ll head back into the park for another game drive to capture the magic of Amboseli as the day winds down.

Have an early breakfast and check out of the hotel with a game drive to the train station to take your train to Diani Beach. You will arrive at Emali Train station and then take a train to Mombasa Terminus. Relax and enjoy the comfortable journey as the landscape transitions from savannah to coastal plains. At Mombasa Terminus, you will be met by our representative who will take you to your beach hotel which is Diani Sea Resort. Upon arrival, check in then have lunch. Enjoy the hotel facilities.
