You'll arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), where you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. After check-in, you'll take time to relax and recover from your journey while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of northern Tanzania. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy a short walk around the lodge or simply unwind by the pool. A detailed safari briefing will be provided, outlining the upcoming route, wildlife highlights, and safety information. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at a comfortable lodge or hotel in Arusha, preparing for the safari adventure ahead.

Day 2
Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you'll depart from Arusha for Tarangire National Park, famous for its iconic baobab trees and large elephant herds. You'll enjoy a full-day game drive through open savannah, acacia woodland, and riverine habitats along the Tarangire River, which attracts wildlife year-round. Expect sightings of lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and diverse birdlife. You'll stop for a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing your afternoon game drive. In the late afternoon, you'll drive to your lodge or tented camp near Tarangire for dinner and an overnight stay.

Following breakfast, you'll journey toward the legendary Serengeti, traveling through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands and traditional Maasai villages. You'll enjoy wildlife viewing en route as you enter Serengeti National Park and cross its endless plains. The Central Serengeti is rich in wildlife year-round and well known for its high concentration of predators. You'll enjoy an afternoon game drive exploring grassy plains and rocky kopjes, searching for lions, cheetahs, leopards, and large herds of herbivores. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at a lodge or tented camp in the Central Serengeti.

You'll spend a full day exploring the Central Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives. Your guide will focus on prime wildlife areas, following animal movements to maximize sightings. You'll enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush or return to camp for a hot meal and a short rest. Day 5
Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you'll depart the Serengeti and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You'll descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife destinations. The crater floor supports a dense population of animals, including black rhinos, lions, buffalo, elephants, hippos, and hyenas. Flamingos and other water birds gather around the soda lake. You'll enjoy a picnic lunch near the hippo pool before continuing your game drive. In the afternoon, you will ascend the crater rim and transfer to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6
Lake Manyara National Park & Departure

After breakfast, you'll drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a final safari experience. You'll enjoy a game drive through lush groundwater forests, open plains, and lakeshore wetlands beneath the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Look for tree-climbing lions, elephants, baboons, and abundant birdlife, including flamingos and pelicans. After lunch and a final game drive, you will return to Arusha and continue to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your departure, marking the end of your memorable Tanzania safari.
