Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve

You'll depart Nairobi in the morning and drive north through central Kenya, passing scenic landscapes and traditional communities. Arrive in Samburu in time for lunch at your lodge or camp. After a short rest, you will head out for an afternoon game drive where you may spot elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, and the unique Samburu species. You'll return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

You'll enjoy an early morning game drive when wildlife is most active, followed by breakfast at the lodge. You'll spend the day exploring the reserve with morning and afternoon game drives, or opt for a full-day safari with a picnic lunch by the river. Expect sightings of elephants, big cats, crocodiles along the riverbanks, and a wide variety of birdlife. You'll return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.
