Day 1

After your early breakfast, you will depart from Nairobi and drive to Masai Mara National Reserve. You'll arrive in Masai Mara NR just in time for lunch. You'll freshen up, have lunch at your boked accommodation. In the afternoon, you will head out on an afternoon game drive, exploring the vast plains and wildlife of the Mara plains. You'll keep an eye out for the Big Five (that is; lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhinoceros) and the many other mammal and bird species that call the park home. In the evening, you'll return to your lodge or camp for dinner and relaxation. Some lodges offer traditional entertainment or stargazing sessions so having fun at such entertainments you will retire for overnight stay.

Day 2

You will begin your day with an early morning game drive when wildlife is most active - hunting. You might witness predators on the hunt or catch a glimpse of the great migration (if visiting during the migration season). You will enjoy a bush breakfast surrounded by the scenic beauty of Masai Mara after that fantastic morning game drive. You will return to your accommodation for a hot lunch and a chance to relax during the heat of the day. If you so wish you'll head out for another game drive, or you can opt to visit a Maasai village to learn about the local culture and traditions (However, this will come at an extra cost). You will have an evening game drive. You'll return to your camp for dinner and perhaps share your safari experiences with fellow travelers around a campfire late evening.

Day 3

Transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park

Transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park

After your relaxed breakfast at your accommodation in Masai Mara NR you'll embark on your journey to Lake Nakuru National Park. The drive from Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru will take approximately 5 hours. The journey will be punctuated by stop overs allowing you to enjoy the scenic views along the way. Upon arrival at Lake Nakuru National Park proceed to the Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge for check-in and have lunch. After lunch, embark on an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park. Keep an eye out for the park's famous rhino population, including both black and white rhinos. You can also spot other wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and a variety of bird species. Visit the shores of Lake Nakuru, known for its pink hue due to the large flocks of flamingos that inhabit the lake. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and wildlife sightings during the game drive. Return to your accommodation in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you'll check out of your accommodation in Lake Nakuru NP thereafter you'll begin your journey to Amboseli National Park. The drive will take approximately 5-6 hours, depending on the route and road conditions. You'll enjoy a packed lunch or stop at a restaurant along the way. In the afternoon, you will arrive at Amboseli and go on your evening game drive in this iconic park known for its stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro and abundant wildlife. You will check into your booked lodge within or near Amboseli National Park. You will have dinner at your accommodation and relax after the day's activities.

After breakfast drive through Amboseli NP set against the backdrop of Africa’s highest Mt. Kilimanjaro for the best photograph opportunities as you search for big herds of Elephants, Buffaloes, Pride of Lions, Elands, Zebras, Giraffes, Warthogs and Baboons. This NP is also good for birding. After a relaxing morning drive have lunch and continue with the game drive spending the evening witnessing the best sunset scene for clear photographs in this vast savanna. Get prepared to photograph animals such as, waterbucks, herds of elephants and buffalos which provide dream photo opportunities, the Oasis for many of the fascinating species that inhibit the park. Enjoy the fantastic view and the best chance to photograph animals and birds while the expert ranger guide narrates the stories of these creatures. Kenya is home to the greatest varieties and concentrations of wildlife populations in the world with more than 80 major animal species and Amboseli overflows with wildlife.

After an early breakfast at your lodge in Amboseli National Park, you’ll check out and enjoy a scenic drive through the countryside as you head down to the coast on Indian Ocean. Or you may opt to take a train to Mombasa so in this case, you'll head toward Emali Train Station, arriving in good time to catch the SGR train to Mombasa. In both cases, relax and enjoy the comfortable journey as the landscape transitions from savannah to coastal plains. If went by train, upon arrival at the Mombasa Terminus, you’ll be met by our representative for a smooth transfer to your beach hotel in Diani, crossing the Likoni Ferry and continuing along the palm-lined coastal road. The rest of the day is free to unwind and relax in the stunning views of the Indian Ocean.

Day 10

After breakfast, you'll spend your morning with some final relaxation or exploring any last-minute attractions in Diani, then check out of your accommodation. We will arrange for transportation to take you back to the Mombasa Terminus. You'll board the SGR train back to Nairobi. You'll arrive at the Nairobi SGR Terminus in the evening, concluding your 10 day Kenya Classic Wildlife and Beach Holiday trip, after which we will organize your transfer to the JKIA Airport. Just incase, there is los of time and there is need for an overnight in Nairobi, you will be dropped at your arranged accommodation- hotel.
