Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Early morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Depart southwards towards Amboseli National Park, enjoying views of rural landscapes and Maasai homesteads along the way.

Arrive at your lodge or camp in time for lunch, followed by some rest. In the afternoon, proceed for your first game drive in Amboseli, renowned for its large elephant herds and spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro on clear days. Other wildlife commonly seen includes lions, cheetahs, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and a variety of birdlife.

After breakfast, drive northwest towards Lake Naivasha, in the heart of the Rift Valley.

Arrive at Naivasha in time for lunch, then head out for a visit to Hell's Gate National Park, known for its dramatic cliffs, gorges, and unique rock formations. Enjoy a game drive, hiking or walking along the trails while spotting wildlife like zebras, giraffes, and buffalo.

Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
