Your safari begins with your arrival in the Maasai Mara, where you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your luxury lodge or elegant tented camp. Full Day in Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, you will spend the day enjoying extensive game drives within the Maasai Mara, carrying a picnic lunch to maximize time in the reserve. Your experienced guide will take you to prime wildlife areas, including riverine habitats where hippos and crocodiles are often seen, and open grasslands that support large herds of herbivores and their predators. The Maasai Mara offers outstanding opportunities to spot the Big Five and, during the migration season, witness dramatic wildebeest and zebra movements. In the late afternoon, you may choose to enjoy an optional visit to a traditional Maasai village to gain insight into their culture and way of life. You will return to your lodge or camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Following breakfast, you will set out for another rewarding day of wildlife exploration, focusing on different regions of the reserve to enhance your game-viewing experience. Your guide will tailor the day’s activities based on wildlife movements and guest interests, with time to pause for photography and observation. A picnic lunch will be served in the reserve, offering a memorable dining experience in the heart of nature. For guests seeking a truly exceptional highlight, an optional hot air balloon safari is available early in the morning at an additional cost, culminating in a champagne bush breakfast before continuing with the day’s safari activities. You will return to your luxury accommodation in the evening for dinner and overnight.
