This day is set aside for relaxation and recovery after your international flight. Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its dense elephant population and iconic baobab trees. Enjoy a rewarding game drive along the Tarangire River, the park’s main water source that attracts wildlife year-round. Expect to see elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and a variety of birdlife. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed inside the park before continuing to Karatu in the late afternoon.

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, depart Serengeti and head toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend approximately 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a spectacular game drive. Later, ascend the crater rim and continue to Karatu.
