1-Day Ngorongoro Crater Day Trip from Arusha

• A transfer from the airport can be arranged for an extra cost.

Early in the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha and depart in a private 4x4 safari vehicle for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, arriving mid-morning. After registration, descend approximately 600 meters into the crater for extensive game drives across the crater floor. Explore diverse habitats including open plains, freshwater springs, and the famous hippo pool, with excellent wildlife viewing throughout the day. Around midday, enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated site inside the crater. In the afternoon, ascend the crater rim and drive back to Arusha for a late afternoon or early evening hotel drop-off.
