After brief introductions and a short travel briefing, you will depart for your day’s destination - Lake Nakuru National Park. Famed worldwide, Lake Nakuru is an alkaline lake renowned for its spectacular flamingo population. Thousands of these elegant birds gather along the shoreline, creating a breathtaking pink fringe against the lake’s blue waters. You will arrive in time for check-in and enjoy a delicious lunch at your lodge. After some time to relax, head out for an afternoon game drive in the park, where you may encounter a variety of wildlife including lions, cheetahs, giraffes, and buffaloes. After an early breakfast at the lodge, you will meet our driver guide for a briefing on the day’s journey to the Masai Mara. Depart with your first game drive en route, spotting herds of grazing impalas and the occasional regal giraffe along the way. Upon arrival in the Masai Mara, you will be warmly welcomed at the lodge. After settling in, enjoy a hearty lunch amid the stunning landscapes of the reserve. Take some time to relax and soak in the unique atmosphere of the Mara before heading out for an introductory afternoon game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve. You will have the option of enjoying morning and afternoon game drives, with all meals served at your lodge, or departing with a picnic lunch for a full-day game drive. Everything that has a beginning has an end. After breakfast, you will check out of the lodge and drive to Nairobi. Upon arrival you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your international flight.
