Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, renowned for its large elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Enjoy a full game drive through the park, with opportunities to spot lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and a variety of birdlife. In the late afternoon, transfer to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Karatu to Ngorongoro Crater

Following an early breakfast, travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the crater for a spectacular game drive. This UNESCO World Heritage Site offers one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa, including lions, buffaloes, elephants, flamingos, and the endangered black rhino. After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a scenic game drive beneath the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Arusha to West Kilimanjaro (Maasai Cultural Experience)

Depart Arusha after breakfast and travel to West Kilimanjaro for an immersive Maasai cultural experience, set against beautiful views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Activities include a guided nature walk with Maasai guides, where you’ll learn about traditional herbs, plants, and wildlife tracking, as well as spear throwing, a visit to a traditional boma, and exploration of a local market.

You’ll also visit a local primary school supported by the lodge, spend time with Maasai women’s groups learning about beadwork and daily life, and visit the local Maasai church. As the day ends, enjoy cultural storytelling around the fire, traditional Maasai songs and dances at sunset with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background, followed by a memorable Maasai BBQ. Dinner and overnight at your lodge in West Kilimanjaro.
