Arriving in the afternoon, you have the freedom to choose from several optional activities. You may opt for a boat safari to see hippos and fish eagles, a guided walking safari among giraffes and zebras on Crescent Island, or a cycling adventure in Hell’s Gate National Park. This day provides a refreshing change of pace and a chance to stretch your legs in a safe, scenic environment.

We depart the lush lakeside and head southeast toward Amboseli National Park, located at the foot of Africa’s highest peak, Mount Kilimanjaro. The drive offers glimpses of local life and diverse ecosystems. Upon entering Amboseli, you will immediately notice the contrast; dry lake beds and emerald-green swamps fed by underground rivers from the mountain. An evening game drive introduces you to the park’s legendary "Tuskers" some of the largest elephants found anywhere on the continent.

Wake up to the awe-inspiring sight of Mount Kilimanjaro’s snow-capped peak (weather permitting). Today features a full-day extensive game drive in Amboseli with a packed lunch, allowing us to explore the various habitats from the Observation Hill to the Enkongo Narok swamp. This park is a photographer’s dream, offering the classic African imagery of elephants silhouetted against the backdrop of the mountain. We will spend the day tracking cheetahs, buffaloes, and over 400 species of birds that call this park home.

You will have lunch with one of our representatives and then you will be dropped off to your desired location.
Your driver-guide will ensure a smooth drop-off at your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for your onward flight, marking the end of an extraordinary 6-day Kenyan odyssey.
