Your journey starts with a morning pickup in Kigali. After a scenic drive through rolling hills and rural landscapes, you cross into Uganda and continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that shelters nearly half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas. On arrival, settle into your lodge and later that day you can set off for community experience with Batwa trail. The evening is spent relaxing amidst the misty rainforest, preparing for the gorilla trek the next day.

Rise early for the highlight of your safari will be gorilla trekking. Accompanied by professional rangers, hike through dense jungle until you encounter a habituated gorilla family. Watching them feed, play, and interact in their natural habitat is a humbling and unforgettable experience. After the trek, return to your lodge for rest before driving back across the border into Rwanda. Overnight near Volcanoes National Park.

The trek is lighter than the gorilla hike but equally rewarding, as you watch them leap through the canopy with curiosity and charm. The tour concludes with scenic views of the Virunga Volcanoes before returning to Kigali for departure.
