On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a professional representative from Wild Experience Safaris & Tours. You will then be transferred comfortably to your hotel in Arusha, allowing you time to settle in, refresh, and recover from your journey.

Should your schedule allow, you may opt for a brief city excursion to get a first impression of Arusha’s local life and surroundings, visit The Cultural Heritage, Maasai Market or the Tanzanite Experience Museum. Explore the city's sightings and get back for a relaxing evening.

Your evening will be spent at leisure, with an overnight stay at the elegant Arusha Serena Hotel, offering a peaceful and refined setting to prepare for the safari adventures ahead.

Day 2

Tarangire National Park

Begin the day with a scenic drive towards the park. Tarangire is famous for its impressive elephant populations, and you will also encounter big cats such as lions and leopards, along with numerous species of antelope roaming the plains.

Your journey will lead you toward the life-giving Tarangire River, a vital gathering point for animals, particularly during the dry season. The area is also a haven for bird enthusiasts, boasting hundreds of recorded bird species. You will pause in a scenic, shaded spot to enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by nature.

In the afternoon, continue your game drive as the landscape glows in the soft light, creating outstanding opportunities for photography. As the day draws to a close, head to your hotel in Karatu for dinner and unwind by the campfire, reflecting on the day’s memorable wildlife encounters.

Day 3

Central Serengeti National Park

Day 4-5

Northern Serengeti

Northern Serengeti

Set off at dawn for an early morning safari, departing at approximately 6:00 AM as the Serengeti comes to life. You will journey from the Central Serengeti toward the northern plains, following the movement of the great wildebeest herds as they migrate toward the Mara River.

The 2 days will be spent on an immersive game drive, guided by an experienced professional who will maximize wildlife sightings and share insights into this remarkable ecosystem. As the sun begins to set, you will arrive at your lodge in the Northern Serengeti, where a well-prepared dinner awaits.

Your days conclude with an overnight stay surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness, offering a memorable final evening beneath the expansive Serengeti sky, with the option to relax by a campfire or enjoy lodge-hosted evening activities.

Day 6

Serengeti to Ngorongoro

Serengeti to Ngorongoro

Begin your day at dawn with an early morning safari as the Serengeti slowly comes to life. This peaceful time offers beautiful sunrise moments and excellent chances to spot wildlife as predators and grazers start their day.

Your guide will lead you through selected areas of the central and southern Serengeti, allowing you to explore regions not yet covered and increase opportunities for memorable wildlife encounters. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed in the heart of the park, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.

Later, you will exit Serengeti National Park and continue your journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon reaching the Ngorongoro Highlands, you will check in at Embalakai Ngorongoro Camp, where stunning views, fresh air, and a peaceful atmosphere provide the perfect setting to relax and unwind after an adventurous day.

Day 7

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you will depart for an early morning game drive in Ngorongoro Crater (approximately 600 meters deep). Look for the Big Five and other wildlife in this unique ecosystem, including elephants, lions, and rhinos.

You'll continue to explore the crater, visiting various habitats, including the swamps and grasslands. Then, you will proceed with game drive till lunch time in picnic site. You'll check out and begin your drive back to Arusha.

You'll enjoy the picturesque landscapes and local villages along the route. As you get to Arusha, you will be dropped off at the airport for you flight back home this night. Enjoy the journey home, filled with memories of your incredible adventure with Wild Experience Safaris & Tours.
