Today, around 7:30 AM, your professional driver guide will pick you up from the airport or your hotel to r proceed to Akagera National Park (around 3 hours of transfer).
Lunch at Akagera Safari Camp
Upon arrival, you will check in at Akagera Game Lodge, then relax by the pool. Afterward, go on a sunset boat trip from 3:00 to 4:00 pm on Lake Ihema to discover the aquatic wildlife (hippos, crocodiles, birds...).
Accommodation: Akagera Safari Camp (3-star lodge) or similar

After an early morning breakfast at 7:00 AM your professional driver guide will take you for a full day wildlife game drive (around 7 hours) in Akagera National Park from south to north for variety animals discovering: Big 5 (lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and buffalo), giraffes, zebras, antelopes, impalas, secret oribas and bushbous, as well as ungainly tsessebe and the largest antelope in the world, Cepeeland statuesque...).

Lunch at Mihindi Café and picnic area inside the Park:
Thereafter driver back to Kigali. On the way, stopover at Imigongo art Center for discovering the traditional art form made by women using cow dung to create beautiful geometric shapes called Imigongo. Did you know that Prince Kakira son of King Gisaka, invented the art of decorating houses with cow dung (Imigongo art) in 19th century in Rwanda?
Return to Kigali around 6:00 PM
