You depart from Nairobi in the morning. You'll be picked up either from the Airport or from a hotel as per your request. If you want to be picked up from the Airport, you need to have an early morning arrival. The safari starts by traveling south towards Amboseli National Park, enjoying scenic views of rural landscapes and, on clear days, the majestic silhouette of Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance. Upon arrival, you head straight into the park for your first exciting game drive. Amboseli is famous for its large elephant herds, open plains, and diverse wildlife, offering excellent opportunities to spot lions, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, and a wide variety of birdlife. Today you depart from Amboseli National Park and journey north towards the beautiful shores of Lake Naivasha, travelling through the ever-changing landscapes of Kenya’s Great Rift Valley. Along the way, you enjoy scenic views of rolling hills, local villages, and vast open countryside before arriving at this peaceful freshwater lake surrounded by lush vegetation and abundant birdlife.

In Naivasha, you experience the region from both land and water. You begin with a relaxing boat safari on the lake, gliding past hippos and a rich variety of bird species while learning about the lake’s ecosystem and surrounding environment. Afterwards, you visit Crescent Island for a guided walking safari, where you stroll among freely roaming wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, and antelopes. Today you have a full day to immerse yourself in the magic of the Maasai Mara. You set off early, when the wildlife is most active and the morning light paints the plains in soft golden tones. Your guide will take you deep into the reserve, exploring different ecosystems, from open grasslands teeming with grazers to riverine forests where elephants and buffalo often gather. Throughout the day you’ll search for the Big Five, observe predators on the move, and witness the everyday drama of life in the wild. A picnic lunch is enjoyed under the shade of an acacia tree, with panoramic views stretching out in every direction. In the afternoon, you continue your game drive as the temperatures cool and animals become active again. You return to the lodge in the early evening to unwind, share stories, and enjoy dinner surrounded by the sounds of the savannah.

The tour ends in Nairobi, we can take you to a hotel booked by you, book additional accommodation for you or take you to the airport if you have a late flight out.
