Day 1

You will be picked up from your hotel in Zanzibar and transferred to the airport for an early morning scenic flight to Nyerere National Park. Upon arrival at the airstrip, your professional safari guide will welcome you and begin a full-day game drive through one of Africa’s largest and most untouched wildlife reserves.

During the safari, you may encounter elephants, lions, buffalo, zebras, hippos, crocodiles, and even the rare African wild dog. A picnic lunch will be served at a scenic location inside the park.

In the afternoon, you will continue exploring before transferring to Mtemere Airstrip for your return flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival in the early evening, you will be driven back to your hotel.
