Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

You'll be picked up from your hotel and depart Nairobi early in the morning, driving south to Amboseli National Park, arriving in time for lunch at your lodge or camp. After lunch, you will enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park, famous for its large elephant herds and spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain. The open plains provide excellent wildlife viewing opportunities, including lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and buffalo. Your dinner and overnight stay willl be at your lodge/camp.

After breakfast, you will depart for Lake Naivasha via Nairobi and the scenic Great Rift Valley escarpment. You'll arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon boat ride on Lake Naivasha, where you may spot hippos, fish eagles, and a variety of water birds. Optional activities include a guided walking safari on Crescent Island among zebras and giraffes. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at your lodge.
