Day 1

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide and transferred to your luxury lodge in Arusha. Arusha is the main gateway to Tanzania’s Northern safari circuit and sits at the base of Mount Meru. After check-in, you will have time to relax, enjoy the lodge facilities such as the swimming pool and gardens, and recover from your journey. In the evening, your guide will give a short safari briefing while you enjoy a delicious dinner at the lodge.

Day 2

Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Arusha – Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, you depart for Tarangire National Park, a scenic drive of about 2–3 hours. Tarangire is famous for its large herds of elephants, giant baobab trees, and the Tarangire River which attracts wildlife throughout the year. During the game drive you may see lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffalo, and many bird species. The park offers beautiful landscapes and a quieter safari experience compared to other parks. In the late afternoon, you head to your luxury lodge or tented camp near the park or outside for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, you begin your journey toward Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, you will enjoy beautiful views of hills, valleys, and traditional Maasai landscapes. As you enter Serengeti, the landscape opens into vast endless plains filled with wildlife. Serengeti is world famous for the Great Migration and its high population of predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs. You will enjoy a game drive en route to your luxury tented camp in Central Serengeti (Seronera area) where wildlife can be seen throughout the year.

Today is dedicated to exploring the incredible Serengeti ecosystem. After breakfast, you head out for a full-day game drive across the open plains. Central Serengeti is one of the best places to see big cats, including lions resting on rocky kopjes, leopards in acacia trees, and cheetahs hunting in the grasslands. You may also see large herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, buffalo, and hippos in the Seronera River. Your guide will track animals and explain their behaviour and the ecosystem. In the evening, return to your luxury camp for relaxation and dinner under the African sky.

This day allows deeper exploration of Serengeti National Park. You may start with an early morning sunrise game drive when predators are most active. The day can include visits to different areas of Central Serengeti, searching for wildlife and exploring rocky kopjes where lions often rest. Large herds of grazers move across the plains while vultures and eagles circle the sky. An optional hot air balloon safari can also be arranged for a unique aerial view of the Serengeti. In the evening, return to camp to relax and enjoy dinner.

After breakfast, you enjoy a final morning game drive in Serengeti before driving toward the Ngorongoro highlands. The journey offers beautiful scenery as you climb toward the crater rim. Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife areas. Upon arrival at your luxury lodge located on the crater rim, you will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over the crater floor and surrounding landscape while relaxing before dinner.

After an early breakfast, you descend approximately 600 meters into Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. The crater is known for its high concentration of wildlife and offers one of the best chances to see the Big Five, including the rare black rhino. You may also see hippos, flamingos, hyenas, and large prides of lions across the crater floor. After lunch, you drive toward Lake Manyara where you will spend the night at a luxury lodge near the park.
