Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Arusha is known as the gateway to Tanzania’s Northern safari circuit and is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and coffee farms. After check-in, you will have time to relax and recover from your journey. In the evening, your guide will brief you about the safari itinerary, wildlife expectations, and travel plans for the coming days while you enjoy dinner at the lodge.

After breakfast, depart from Arusha and drive toward Tarangire National Park, a journey of about 2–3 hours through scenic countryside and local villages. Tarangire is famous for its large herds of elephants and ancient baobab trees that dominate the landscape. During the game drive, you will explore areas around the Tarangire River where animals gather to drink, especially during the dry season. Wildlife commonly seen includes lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, antelopes, and many bird species. After an exciting day of wildlife viewing, continue to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, begin your journey toward Serengeti National Park, traveling through the scenic highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way you will enjoy beautiful landscapes, Maasai villages, and occasional wildlife sightings. As you enter the Serengeti, the scenery changes into vast endless plains stretching to the horizon. You will enjoy a game drive on the way to your camp in Central Serengeti where wildlife such as zebras, gazelles, elephants, and predators can often be seen.

Today is dedicated to exploring the incredible Serengeti ecosystem, one of the most famous wildlife areas in the world. The park is home to large populations of lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, buffalo, and massive herds of wildebeest and zebras. With the help of your experienced guide, you will travel across the plains searching for wildlife and learning about animal behaviour and migration patterns. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed inside the park while surrounded by the natural beauty of the Serengeti.

This additional day allows deeper exploration of the Serengeti and increases your chances of witnessing dramatic wildlife moments. Early morning game drives provide opportunities to see predators such as lions and cheetahs when they are most active. You may also visit rocky kopjes where lions often rest and scan the plains for prey. The day is spent exploring different areas of the park before returning to camp for dinner and relaxation under the African sky.

After breakfast and a final morning game drive in Serengeti, you begin the journey toward the Ngorongoro highlands. Along the way you may still encounter wildlife on the plains before the landscape gradually changes to cooler highland forests and hills. By afternoon you arrive near the crater rim where you can relax at your lodge and enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery.

After an early breakfast, descend approximately 600 meters into Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. The crater is a natural wildlife sanctuary with one of the highest concentrations of animals in Africa. During the drive you may see lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, flamingos, and sometimes the rare black rhino. After the game drive and lunch, continue your journey to the Lake Manyara area for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park. This small but beautiful park is known for its lush groundwater forest, large troops of baboons, elephants, and the famous tree-climbing lions. Flamingos and other water birds are often seen along the lake shore. After the game drive, return to Arusha for lunch or transfer to the airport for your departure, marking the end of your unforgettable Tanzanian safari adventure.
