Your Tanzania adventure begins with your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Arusha.
After checking in, take time to rest and recover from your journey, especially if you have travelled a long distance. Arusha is a peaceful city located at the foot of Mount Meru and serves as the main gateway to Tanzania’s northern safari circuit.
If you still have energy in the evening, you can take a short walk around the city, visit the local local market to experience Tanzanian culture, enjoy a quiet dinner at your hotel while preparing mentally for the exciting safari days ahead.

Day 2

After enjoying your breakfast in Arusha, you will depart by road to Tarangire National Park, which is about two hours away depending on road conditions.
Tarangire is one of Tanzania’s most beautiful wildlife parks and is especially known for having large elephant populations, ancient baobab trees, and a variety of bird species.
During your full-day game drive, you will have the opportunity to see animals such as lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and sometimes leopards resting in tree branches. In the afternoon, continue exploring different parts of the park while enjoying the natural scenery and wildlife photography.
Later, you will drive to your lodge in Karatu or near Tarangire for dinner and overnight accommodation.

Day 3
Depart to Serengeti National Park

On this day, you will depart early in the morning for Serengeti National Park, which is one of the most famous wildlife destinations in the world.
The drive will pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, where you may enjoy beautiful landscapes and possibly spot wildlife along the way.
Upon arrival in Serengeti, you will begin your afternoon game drive across the vast savannah plains that are home to the Big Five animals. Depending on the season, you may witness the Great Migration of wildebeest and zebras moving across the plains in search of fresh grazing land.
You will spend the night inside Serengeti National Park in a camp surrounded by nature sounds.

This day is dedicated to experiencing the amazing wildlife of Serengeti National Park through both morning and afternoon game drives.
Early morning is one of the best times to spot predators as animals are usually more active during the cooler hours. You may see lions hunting, cheetahs running across the plains, or leopards resting on tree branches. Serengeti is also famous for its endless horizon views, golden grasslands, and rich wildlife diversity.
After an exciting day of wildlife viewing during the game drive, you will return to the camp in the evening. Upon arrival, you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the African wilderness as the sun sets.

Day 5
Descend at the Crater and transfer to Arusha Airport for Zanzibar Flight

You will start the day with an early morning descent into the crater, which is often described as the “Garden of Eden” of Africa because of its high concentration of wildlife in a relatively small area.
Inside the crater, you may see elephants, rhinos, hippos, lions, and many other animals living in the natural enclosure created by volcanic mountains. After completing your crater safari, you will be transferred to Arusha Airport for a short domestic flight to Zanzibar Island.
Upon arrival in Zanzibar, you will be transferred to your beach resort located in popular areas where you can relax and enjoy the Indian Ocean scenery.

Spend this day enjoying the beautiful tropical beaches of Zanzibar. You can wake up slowly and enjoy breakfast while watching the ocean waves.
Later in the afternoon, you will visit Stone Town, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its historical architecture and cultural significance.
During the Stone Town tour, you will explore attractions such as the Old Fort, Forodhani Gardens, the spice markets, narrow historic streets, and the Freddie Mercury Museum.
You will also learn about the island’s history, including its role in the spice trade and Swahili culture.

This day is reserved for optional water and adventure activities in Zanzibar. You may choose to go snorkeling or diving around Mnemba Atoll, which is famous for its clear waters and colorful marine life including tropical fish and coral reefs.
Another option is visiting Prison Island, where you can see giant tortoises and learn about the island’s history. You can also go dolphin watching in Kizimkazi if you are lucky enough to spot dolphins swimming near the coast.
In the evening, you can enjoy a romantic dhow sunset cruise along the Indian Ocean while listening to traditional music and watching the beautiful sunset.
