Visit a local coffee farm or processor. Participate in a hands-on coffee-making session: roast, grind, and brew coffee the traditional Ethiopian way, and enjoy your freshly made cup.
Explore the National Museum of Ethiopia to see “Lucy” and learn about Ethiopia’s rich history.
Visit Holy Trinity Cathedral, the resting place of Emperor Haile Selassie.

Lunch:

Participate in an Ethiopian cooking class. Learn to prepare iconic dishes like injera, doro wat, or shiro, and enjoy your creations for lunch.

Afternoon:

Drive to the Entoto Mountains for panoramic city views.
Visit the Ethnological Museum.
Stop at St. George Cathedral in Piazza.
