Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your safari guide and transferred to your accommodation in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, you may relax at the lodge and recover from your journey while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Your guide will brief you about the upcoming safari adventure and prepare you for the exciting days ahead exploring Tanzania’s famous wildlife destinations.

Day 2
Tarangire Nationala Park

After breakfast, depart from Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park for a full day game drive. Tarangire is famous for its large herds of elephants, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife including lions, giraffes, zebras, and various antelope species. The park is also a paradise for bird lovers with hundreds of bird species recorded. After an exciting day of wildlife viewing, drive to the lively village of Mto wa Mbu for dinner and overnight.

Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart for the legendary Serengeti National Park, passing through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands along the way. Enjoy breathtaking landscapes as you travel toward the vast Serengeti plains. Upon arrival, begin your first exciting game drive in the park, home to abundant wildlife including lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo, and countless herbivores. In the evening, arrive at your lodge or tented camp inside Serengeti for dinner and overnight.

Spend a full day exploring the incredible Serengeti ecosystem with morning and afternoon game drives. The park’s endless plains host one of the largest concentrations of wildlife in Africa and are famous for the Great Migration. During the game drive, you may encounter predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs, as well as large herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your wildlife exploration. Dinner and overnight inside Serengeti.

After a morning game drive in Serengeti, depart toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, continue spotting wildlife while enjoying the stunning scenery of the highlands. Arrive in the Ngorongoro area in the afternoon and check in at your accommodation near the crater rim. Today you will descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. The crater is one of the most unique wildlife destinations in Africa and hosts a remarkable concentration of animals including elephants, lions, buffalo, zebras, and the rare black rhino. The crater floor also features lakes, forests, and open grasslands that support diverse wildlife. After a memorable safari experience, ascend from the crater and drive to Mto wa Mbu for dinner and overnight.

Today you will travel to Lake Eyasi, a beautiful soda lake located at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment. The area is home to indigenous communities such as the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to learn about their traditional lifestyle, hunting techniques, and cultural practices. After this unique cultural experience, continue your journey back to Arusha for dinner and overnight.

Napuru Waterfalls
Napuru Waterfalls
On the final day, enjoy a short excursion to Napuru Waterfalls near Arusha. You will have time to enjoy the peaceful environment and take photos before returning to Arusha. Later, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure, marking the end of your unforgettable Tanzanian safari adventure.
