The park is named after the Tarangire River, which becomes the main water source for animals during the dry season, attracting large numbers of wildlife.

The main activity in the park is a game drive, where visitors explore the wilderness in a 4x4 safari vehicle guided by a professional guide. During the drive, guests can see a variety of animals such as elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and many antelope species. The park is also famous for its rich birdlife, with more than 500 species recorded.

Visitors will drive through open savannah, woodland areas, and along the Tarangire River while enjoying incredible views of wildlife and nature. During the safari, guests may stop at a picnic site to relax and enjoy lunch surrounded by the peaceful African wilderness.

The main activity in the park is an exciting game drive, where visitors explore the vast wilderness in a comfortable 4x4 safari vehicle accompanied by a professional guide. During the game drive, guests can see a variety of wildlife including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, cheetahs, and sometimes leopards. Large herds of wildebeests and gazelles are commonly seen moving across the plains, especially during the famous migration season.

Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa’s most remarkable natural wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Formed millions of years ago after a massive volcanic eruption, the crater is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and creates a unique ecosystem that supports an incredible concentration of wildlife.

The main activity during the visit is an exciting game drive on the crater floor. Visitors descend about 600 meters into the crater in a 4x4 safari vehicle accompanied by a professional guide. The crater is home to a wide variety of animals including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, hyenas, and many antelope species. It is also one of the few places in Tanzania where visitors may have a chance to spot the rare black rhino.

During the game drive, guests will explore open grasslands, acacia forests, and wetlands such as Lake Magadi, which attracts flamingos and other bird species. Visitors usually stop at a scenic picnic site near the hippo pool to enjoy lunch.
