The tour begins at 1:00 PM with pick-up from your hotel or a central meeting point in Nairobi. After meeting your driver-guide and fellow travelers, depart for Amboseli National Park, driving south through the scenic Kenyan countryside. Along the way, enjoy views of rural landscapes, local villages, and the open savannah that characterizes this beautiful region.

You will arrive in the Amboseli area in the early evening and proceed to Osutua Rafiki Camp. After check-in, take some time to relax and settle into your accommodation while enjoying the peaceful surroundings of the camp. Dinner will be served at the camp restaurant, offering a chance to unwind and prepare for the exciting wildlife experiences ahead. Overnight stay at the camp.

Amboseli game drive

After an early breakfast at the camp, depart for a full day of wildlife viewing in Amboseli National Park, one of Kenya’s most iconic safari destinations. The park is well known for its open plains, swamps, and impressive populations of wildlife. During the game drives, you may encounter large herds of elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeests, and a wide variety of bird species that thrive in the park’s wetlands.

A picnic lunch will be enjoyed at a scenic spot inside the park, allowing you to relax while surrounded by nature. On clear days, you will also enjoy spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro, providing incredible photography opportunities. In the late afternoon, continue with more wildlife sightings before returning to Osutua Rafiki Camp for dinner and overnight.

Amboseli- Nairobi

Enjoy an early breakfast at Osutua Rafiki Camp before checking out. After breakfast, depart with an en-route morning game drive through Amboseli National Park, offering a final chance to spot wildlife such as elephants, zebras, giraffes, and various bird species as the park comes to life in the morning light. On clear days, you may also catch one last view of Mount Kilimanjaro rising above the plains.

After the game drive, exit the park and begin the journey back to Nairobi. Enjoy scenic views of the countryside along the way before arriving in Nairobi in the afternoon. Drop-off will be at your hotel, residence, or the airport, marking the end of your memorable Amboseli safari.
