Zanzibar to Tarangire National Park

Your adventure begins with an early morning pickup from your Zanzibar hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to Arusha. Upon arrival, your private safari guide will welcome you and provide a detailed briefing on the journey ahead.

Travel to Tarangire National Park, a hidden gem known for its vast elephant herds, elegant giraffes, and iconic baobab-dotted landscapes. Enjoy a full-day game drive across the park’s scenic plains, spotting predators such as lions and leopards along the Tarangire River.

A delicious picnic lunch will be served at a scenic spot within the park. In the late afternoon, transfer to Eileens tree in lodge in Karatu — an idyllic retreat offering comfort, fine dining, and stunning sunset views over the escarpment.

Ngorongoro Crater to Zanzibar

After an early breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, often called the “Eighth Wonder of the World.” Descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, where you’ll experience one of Africa’s most spectacular wildlife encounters.

Explore the crater floor, home to all members of the Big Five — lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, and the rare black rhino — along with zebras, wildebeests, and flamingos along the lakeshore.

Enjoy a picnic lunch beside the hippo pool before ascending the crater walls and returning to Arusha for your evening flight back to Zanzibar.
