Arrive in Maun, the gateway to the Okavango Delta, and transfer to your lodge. After some time to refresh, head out for a unique horseback safari, allowing you to experience the African bush from a completely different perspective. Moving quietly through the landscape, you may encounter wildlife at close range. Return to the lodge for a relaxed evening and dinner.

Maun to Khwai

After breakfast, depart Maun in a 4x4 safari vehicle towards the Khwai region. The journey itself becomes your first game viewing experience as you leave town behind and enter untamed landscapes. Arrive at camp around lunchtime, followed by some rest before heading out for an afternoon game drive in this wildlife-rich area.
Accomodation: serviced camping in large tents with en-suite bathrooms. Bush toilet and shower. Bed, bed linen and bath towels are provided.

Game Drives and Mokoro Safari

Start the day with an early morning game drive, when wildlife activity is at its peak. After a relaxed midday break, experience the Delta from the water on a mokoro excursion, gliding silently through the channels. This unique activity offers a completely different perspective of the ecosystem and its smaller inhabitants.

Moremi Game Reserve

After breakfast, transfer into Moremi Game Reserve, known for its incredible biodiversity. Spend the day exploring diverse habitats, from open floodplains to dense forests, on game drives. Expect encounters with elephants, big cats, and a variety of other wildlife species before returning to camp for the evening.

Sunrise Safari and Return to Maun
