Your safari begins with a morning transfer to Arusha Airport for a scheduled light aircraft flight to the Kogatende Airstrip in the northern section of Serengeti National Park. The flight itself offers impressive aerial views of Tanzania’s landscapes before landing near the Mara River migration corridor.
After arrival, meet your guide and begin a game drive across the Kogatende plains. This area is well known for hosting large concentrations of wildebeest and zebras during migration season. With some patience and positioning near crossing points, there is a strong chance of observing herds attempting to cross the crocodile-inhabited river channels.

Spend the entire day exploring the northern Serengeti ecosystem around the Mara River. During migration months, thousands of animals move between Tanzania and Kenya searching for fresh grazing, creating exceptional wildlife viewing opportunities.
Besides migration activity, this region supports permanent populations of elephants, giraffes, buffalo, lions, and leopards. Your guide will adjust the day’s route depending on herd movements to increase the chances of witnessing crossing events or predator interactions.

Transfer Game Drive to Central Serengeti
After breakfast, continue with an extended game drive southward toward the Seronera region in Central Serengeti. This section of the park is known for year-round wildlife presence and particularly strong predator sightings.
The journey itself becomes part of the safari experience, with opportunities to observe plains game such as zebras, gazelles, and hartebeests along the route. The Seronera Valley is especially favorable for spotting lions, cheetahs, and hyenas.

Depart early after breakfast and travel toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area before descending into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day wildlife safari.
The crater floor supports one of the densest wildlife populations in East Africa and offers a realistic chance of seeing black rhino alongside lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, and large numbers of plains animals within a relatively compact area.
After a picnic lunch, continue driving to the Tarangire area for overnight accommodation.

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive inside Tarangire National Park, a park recognized for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and seasonal wildlife gatherings along the Tarangire River.
The park also hosts giraffes, lions, zebras, wildebeest, and a wide variety of bird species, making it an excellent final safari destination before departure.
Following the game drive, transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your afternoon drop-off.
