Addis Ababa Awash National Park Doho Lodge

After breakfast, depart from Addis Ababa and drive to Awash National Park (approximately 225 km, 4–5 hours).
Upon arrival, proceed with an afternoon game drive within the park. Awash National Park is known for its diverse landscapes and wildlife, including Beisa oryx, gazelles, greater kudu, baboons, crocodiles, and a wide variety of bird species.
In the late afternoon, continue to Doho Lodge, located near natural hot springs. Upon arrival, enjoy time at leisure to relax in the mineral-rich thermal pools.

Ali Dege Wildlife Reserve Return to Addis Ababa

After an early breakfast, depart for Ali Dege Wildlife Reserve (approximately 70–100 km). This reserve is known for its wide open plains and semi-arid landscape, offering a different safari experience compared to Awash National Park.

Enjoy a morning game drive across the plains, where you may observe Grevy’s zebra, Beisa oryx, hartebeest, ostriches, and other wildlife adapted to this environment. The open terrain allows for excellent visibility and photography opportunities.

After the safari, begin the return journey to Addis Ababa (approximately 300 km, 5–6 hours). En route, there will be opportunities for short stops and refreshments.

Arrival in Addis Ababa is expected in the late afternoon, marking the end of the safari experience.
