Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. This peaceful town sits at the base of Mount Meru and serves as the gateway to Northern Tanzania’s safari circuit.

The crater is home to a dense population of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, zebras, wildebeests, flamingos, and the rare black rhinoceros. The varied habitats of grasslands, forests, and soda lakes create exceptional game viewing opportunities.

Visitors will have the opportunity to join the Hadzabe men on a traditional hunting excursion using handmade bows and poison-tipped arrows. Along the way, you will learn how they track animals, identify edible plants, gather wild fruits, and survive entirely from nature.
