Your journey begins with a transfer to Wilson Airport, where you board a light aircraft bound for the Masai Mara's Ol Kiombo Airstrip. The flight itself is a quiet spectacle; rolling plains unfolding beneath you like a living map.

Upon landing, you’re welcomed and transferred to Mara Intrepids Camp, your home in the wild for 3 Days. After settling in, the adventure begins almost immediately with your first game drive.

Expect the thrill of first sightings; perhaps herds of antelopes, zebras, buffaloes and elephants moving and grazing through the grass or a lion lounging in the afternoon sun. As the day softens, return to camp for a relaxed evening by the river, dinner under the African skies and where the wilderness hums in tent.

A Full Day of Wild Stories

Today is dedicated to exploring the vast plains of the Masai Mara. With flexible game drives, you can head out early when the bush is alive with movement, or enjoy a slower morning before venturing out again. Every drive is different - cheetahs scanning the horizon, giraffes gliding past acacia trees, or herds stretching endlessly into the distance. This full day allows you to cover vast areas of the reserve, from the Mara River; famous for dramatic wildebeest crossings during the migration season; to the rolling hills.

In between, pause mid-adventure for a chilled, beautifully prepared packed lunch, savored in the wild.

The moments of pause, perhaps watching hippos in the river or simply soaking in the stillness are crucial on this day. As the sun dips low, the Mara transforms into gold, you’ll find yourself lingering just a little longer, not wanting the day to end. You will return to the camp in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Farewell to the Wild

Your final morning begins with a gentle wake-up in the bush. You will be served with a a hearty breakfast as you savor the wild; a final chance to catch a fleeting moment that stays with you long after you leave. After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to the airstrip for your flight back to Wilson Airport. The Mara fades beneath you, but the memories though, they are raw, vivid, and untamed, travel home with you.
