Your safari adventure begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel or airport in Nairobi.

The journey heads southwest through the dramatic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley with scenic stops along the way for photography and refreshments.

Arrive in Masai Mara National Reserve in time for lunch at your mid-range safari lodge.

Later in the afternoon, embark on your first game drive across the vast plains searching for lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras and numerous antelope species before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Spend a full day exploring the legendary Masai Mara ecosystem with morning and afternoon game drives.

The reserve is home to an incredible density of wildlife including the famous Big Five.

Your experienced guide navigates through different areas of the reserve searching for predator action, large herbivore herds and possibly sightings near the Mara River where hippos and crocodiles live.

Picnic lunch may be enjoyed in the park before continuing your exploration of this world-renowned wildlife reserve.

Day 3

Masai Mara to Lake Naivasha

Masai Mara to Lake Naivasha

After breakfast you depart Masai Mara and drive toward Lake Naivasha, passing through the scenic Great Rift Valley landscapes.

The journey offers views of escarpments, volcanic hills and rural Kenyan countryside.

Arrive at Lake Naivasha in time for lunch at your lodge.

In the afternoon you may take an optional boat ride across the lake to see hippos and numerous bird species, followed by a guided walking safari at Crescent Island where zebras, giraffes and antelope roam freely.

After breakfast you depart Lake Naivasha and travel south toward Amboseli National Park near the Kenya–Tanzania border.

The drive crosses scenic countryside and Maasai pastoral lands.

Arrive in Amboseli in the afternoon and begin a game drive through the park’s open plains and wetlands.

Large elephant herds are commonly seen here, often with the stunning backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Return to your lodge in the evening for dinner and relaxation.

After breakfast at the lodge, begin the journey back to Nairobi arriving in the afternoon where your safari concludes with drop-off at your hotel or airport.
