Nairobi -Lake Nakuru National Park
We are thrilled that you chose to go on safari with us! Now is when all the planning pays off, and your safari dreams begin to come true. You will be picked up from your hotel in Nairobi or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (note that we assume you will arrive early in the morning) and meet our team, who will explain what happens next and answer any questions you might have. Then, all that is left to do is go and start this safari trip of a lifetime together!
The time you spend in Lake Nakuru National Park will surely be memorable. The park is most famous (and rightly so) for how easy it is to see black and white rhinos, as well as the unusual tree-climbing lions and endangered Rothschild's giraffes. You can also see flamingos, leopards, and plenty of birds. You will fall in love with the combination of lake, acacia forest, and dramatic escarpment.

Lake Nakuru -Masai Mara National Reserve
Depart early in the morning and travel to the Masai Mara National Reserve, one of the last remaining ecosystems where wildlife thrives in vast numbers and largely undisturbed natural habitats. As the northern extension of the greater Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara is world-famous for its dramatic seasonal Great Migration, when thousands of wildebeest and zebras move across the plains, closely followed by predators. You will arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive.
You will love the Masai Mara National Reserve, one of the best places to watch wildlife anywhere in Kenya. You are almost guaranteed to see plenty of predators, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, and spotted hyenas. With so many impalas, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, and other prey species here, as well as over 500 bird species, you will see plenty of safari action. Everyone who visits falls in love with the Masai Mara's classic safari landscapes.

Explore Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day game drive in the reserve, with a packed lunch provided to maximize your time in the bush. The area is particularly renowned for its impressive black-maned lions, abundant resident wildlife, and the strong possibility of spotting the Big Five within a single morning game drive.
Cheetahs are frequently seen across the open plains, and in some cases, they may rest in the shade of safari vehicles during the heat of the day. The reserve is a paradise for bird enthusiasts, with nearly 500 species having been recorded here. These include birds of prey such as eagles, hawks, and falcons, several species of vultures and storks, bustards (including the kori bustard), and a variety of colorful sunbirds. There is no better way to see and experience the Masai Mara than on one of our guided game drives.
Note: Accommodations can be upgraded to higher-end options or adjusted to more economical alternatives, with corresponding price adjustments.

Today you will be transferred from the Masai Mara to Serengeti National Park via the Isebania border. While the journey takes most of the day, it offers excellent wildlife viewing opportunities along the way.
You will enjoy a morning game drive in the Masai Mara before crossing the border. After being picked up at the border, you will travel to Northern Serengeti National Park. If you are here during the Great Migration, you will see the incredible wildlife populations of the Northern Serengeti. If you are here at other times, wildlife is still easy to find, and very few people are around. Whatever time of year you are here, you will enjoy beautiful scenery with rocky outcrops and the Mara River flowing by.
In the late afternoon, you will continue on a scenic game drive en route to your tented camp.

This area is home to enormous numbers of wildlife, acacia trees, and those Serengeti horizons that seem to go on forever.
During the guided afternoon game drive, expect many wildlife sightings (including elephants and big cats). There is no better place to go looking for animals. Your guide will help make this a memorable excursion.

Your drive down a steep trail carries you onto the crater floor, where a unique wildlife offering adds to the sheer beauty of the experience. You will share the sunken ecosystem on the crater floor with hyenas, lions, elephants, black rhinos, and hippos. The crater’s watering holes provide year-round access to grass and water, supporting a stunning diversity of wildlife throughout the year.
