Your journey begins with an early 6AM pick-up from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your Nairobi residence, followed by a scenic 280 km drive (5–6 hours) to the world-renowned Maasai Mara. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of the Great Rift Valley and Kenya’s picturesque countryside. It is advisable to carry picnic breakfast, snacks or your dedicated driver guide will make a stop at Narok for late breakfast at your cost. You will arrive at your lodge or camp in time for lunch and a short relaxation.
In the afternoon, set out on your first exhilarating game drive across the expansive savannah. Look out for the Big Five lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino alongside giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and diverse birdlife.
