At 11:00 AM, you return to your comfort camp as the sun hits its peak. Cool off with a refreshing dip in the lodge swimming pool, savor a fresh buffet lunch, and unwind peacefully in the shade. You set out again at 03:30 PM in your private, comfortable 4x4 Land Cruiser for an exciting riverbank game drive along the flowing Ewaso Ng'iro River. You watch large elephant herds, crocodiles, and rare birds gather near the life-giving water, capturing stunning golden-hour photographs of the dramatic, arid volcanic landscape.

Lake Nakuru is a spectacular haven for diverse wildlife. You will explore the shores to spot hippos, waterbucks, and zebras, while searching the forests for leopards, lions, Rothschild's giraffes, and both black and white rhinos. Depending on seasonal water levels, you may even witness thousands of lesser flamingos tinting the shoreline pink.
