Settling into Lusaka

Arrive in Lusaka, where you will be met and transferred to Lilayi Lodge for your first night in Zambia. Exploring the Lower Zambezi National Park

Fly by light aircraft to the Lower Zambezi for four nights at Baines’ River Camp, where the river becomes part of the safari. Explore by game drive, boat and canoe, with opportunities for guided walks and fishing, creating plenty of variety for families rather than repeating the same safari routine each day.

Elephant, buffalo, hippo and predators are among the wildlife found here, while time on the river brings a completely different perspective. Watch elephants along the banks, hippos surfacing in the channels and fish eagles overhead as you explore from the water.

Follow the Zambezi to Victoria Falls

Continue to Livingstone for four nights at Waterberry Lodge on the banks of the Zambezi. Visit Victoria Falls together, exploring viewpoints where the river plunges into the gorge and the scale and spray of the Falls create one of Africa’s great natural spectacles.
