Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Start early in the morning and drive to Amboseli National Park, where you will check in at your accommodation on arrival and later enjoy an afternoon game drive. Situated south of Nairobi, Amboseli is made up mainly of a dry, ancient lakebed and fragile grasslands with patches of acacia woodland, while the southern area features small rocky volcanic hills. Around the swamps of Ol Kenya, Ol Tukai, and Enkongo Narok, the vegetation becomes lush with yellow-barked acacias and phoenix palms, creating a rich and scenic wildlife habitat. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.
