Covering about 6,900 sq miles (18,000 sq km), the park is home to more than 2 million large animals, including over a million wildebeest, hundreds of thousands of plains zebras, and Thomson’s gazelles. Predators such as lions, cheetahs, and hyenas roam the area, along with smaller wildlife like rock hyrax and monkeys, and nearly 500 bird species. On the second day, after breakfast, enjoy a full day in Serengeti National Park with morning and afternoon game drives. Optional activities include a visit to Olduvai Gorge or a hot air balloon safari. Accommodation can be upgraded to higher-level options (at extra cost) or downgraded to more economical ones (with price reduction).
