Day 1

Nairobi - Masai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast at your hotel in Nairobi, you will be picked up by your professional guide and depart for the Masai Mara, with lunch en route. The journey takes you through the dramatic Great Rift Valley, with a brief stop at a viewpoint where you will have the opportunity to take photos and enjoy panoramic views of the valley. You will then proceed to Narok for lunch before continuing to the Mara.

This enormous reserve forms part of the vast Serengeti ecosystem and is famously known for the spectacular Great Wildebeest Migration. It is also home to the Big Five: lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo, and rhino. Upon arrival, proceed on an evening game drive, tracking various wildlife species and birds with your driver-guide.

Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp.

After breakfast, you will depart with picnic lunch boxes in hand for a full day of game viewing in the Masai Mara. A Mara safari is an unmissable highlight of any holiday in Kenya. There are breathtaking panoramas in every direction, an incredible diversity of wildlife (including the Big Five), and a rich cultural heritage to explore.

Without doubt, the Masai Mara is one of Africa’s greatest safari destinations. Between July and October, the reserve hosts part of the spectacular Great Migration, when millions of zebras and wildebeest cross the plains in search of fresh grazing. Following closely behind are predators such as lions and leopards. Our guide will ensure you have the best photographic opportunities while also sharing insights into the fascinating cultural traditions of the local Maasai people.

Day 5

After breakfast at the camp, a true African safari experience awaits in Amboseli National Park. You will set off early to enjoy magnificent views of Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds begin to gather around the summit, followed by an extensive game drive.

Amboseli is an excellent place to view a wide variety of wildlife, including elephants, wildebeest, zebras, giraffes, and many other species. You will spend the full day exploring the park with a packed lunch.

Later, you will return to camp for dinner and your overnight stay at your chosen accommodations.

After breakfast, proceed to Arusha. Weather permitting, you may enjoy views of Mount Kilimanjaro before departing Amboseli National Park for Arusha via the Namanga Border Post, where you will complete immigration formalities. You will then board the shuttle bus to Arusha, arriving in the afternoon. Our manager will meet you at the bus station and transfer you to your hotel, where your accommodations are booked on a bed-and-breakfast basis. Dinner will be at your own arrangement.

You will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha and then have a safari briefing before transferring to Serengeti National Park (lunch will be en route).

The Serengeti never disappoints when it comes to exceptional game viewing. Each year, from approximately May to December, millions of animals take part in the Great Migration, moving between the central Serengeti and Kenya’s Masai Mara National Reserve in one of nature’s most spectacular events. Even outside the migration season, vast herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles roam the plains alongside elephants, giraffes, and buffaloes, while lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, and jackals patrol the landscape in search of prey.

Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha

After an early breakfast at around 5:50 am, descend onto the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater at 6:00 am for a 6–7-hour game drive with a picnic lunch. You will enjoy an up-close view of the wildlife that inhabits this UNESCO World Heritage Site.

The Ngorongoro Crater offers excellent game viewing throughout the year. Its abundant water and grazing resources support a largely resident wildlife population, providing outstanding wildlife-viewing opportunities in every season.

Later, depart for Arusha, arriving in the early evening for an overnight stay at a budget hotel. Dinner will be at your own arrangement.
