You may encounter large elephant herds at the waterholes, especially during dry periods, along with giraffe browsing on acacia stands and predators tracking silently across the open flats.

Afterwards, you will begin your transfer out of the island, retracing the waterways and floodplains by boat as the landscape gradually opens toward Maun. Along the way, you take in one last view of the Delta’s channels, wildlife activity along the banks, and the shifting reflections on the water.
