Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel or from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. After a short safari briefing, depart by road for Amboseli National Park, located at the foot of the magnificent Mount Kilimanjaro. The drive takes approximately 4–5 hours, passing through scenic countryside and local towns.

Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and some relaxation before heading out for your first afternoon game drive. Amboseli is renowned for its large herds of elephants, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and over 400 bird species. Weather permitting, enjoy spectacular views of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro as the backdrop to your safari.

Return to the lodge at sunset for dinner and overnight.

Into the Heart of Amboseli Wilderness

Spend the entire day exploring Amboseli with morning and afternoon game drives. The park’s open plains, swamps, and acacia woodlands provide excellent opportunities for wildlife photography and close encounters with elephants.

You may also visit a traditional Maasai village (optional at extra cost) to learn about the culture, customs, and daily life of the Maasai people.

Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Journey to the Great Rift Serenity – Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, depart for Lake Naivasha in the Great Rift Valley. Arrive in the afternoon and check in at your lodge.

Later, enjoy an optional boat ride on Lake Naivasha (extra cost), where you can spot hippos and a variety of birdlife, including fish eagles and kingfishers. You may also visit Crescent Island Game Sanctuary for a guided walking safari among giraffes, zebras, and antelopes.

After breakfast, proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park for a full morning game drive. The park is famous for its rhino sanctuary, offering excellent chances to see both black and white rhinos, along with Rothschild giraffes, lions, buffaloes, and abundant birdlife along the lake shores.

Enjoy a relaxed picnic or lodge lunch inside or near the park, followed by additional game viewing in the afternoon as you explore the woodlands and viewpoints overlooking the Rift Valley escarpment.
