6-Day Masai Mara, Nakuru & Amboseli Mid-Range

Nairobi /Amboseli

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or pick-up from your hotel/residence in Nairobi, you will begin your journey to Amboseli National Park. You are expected to arrive at the lodge in time for lunch before heading out for an afternoon game drive. The park is well known for its abundant wildlife, especially large elephant herds, and its stunning scenery highlighted by the magnificent views of Mount Kilimanjaro. After the safari experience, return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

On the second day, start your morning with an optional hot air balloon safari or an early morning game drive. Later, return to the lodge at around 8:00 a.m. for breakfast. Afterward, depart for another guided safari adventure with packed lunch provided. Spend the day exploring the park and spotting wildlife in their natural habitat before returning to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight accommodation.

Travel from Amboseli National Park to Lake Nakuru National Park on a journey that combines remarkable wildlife encounters with breathtaking landscapes. Begin the day with an early morning game drive in Amboseli, where you may spot elephants, zebras, cheetahs, and other wildlife roaming beneath the impressive backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro.

After the morning safari, continue with a scenic drive lasting approximately five to six hours before arriving at Lake Nakuru in time for lunch. Later in the afternoon, head out for a game drive in the park, famous for its rhino sanctuary, flamingos, Rothschild giraffes, and a variety of birdlife. Enjoy panoramic views from Baboon Cliff as you explore the park’s diverse habitats. In the evening, you may choose to enjoy an optional sunset game drive or unwind with dinner and an overnight stay at your lodge.

After breakfast, depart from Lake Nakuru National Park and travel towards the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve.
