Nairobi to Maasai Mara

This morning, you will be picked up at 7:00 AM from your Nairobi hotel/ residence or the airport. After a short briefing, board the Jeep and begin your journey to the Maasai Mara with a stopover at the Great Rift Valley Escarpment. Arrive at your lodge for check-in and lunch.

In the afternoon, head out for your first game drive, enjoying great views of the African savannah and getting up close to wildlife. You will take great photos of the sunset before driving back to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Maasai Mara Game Drive Experience

Experience full days of game viewing where you search for the Big 5: lions, elephants, leopards, buffalos and rhinos. There are many more animals to spot, such as giraffes, antelopes and hippos. You will enjoy a picnic lunch in the open African savannah.

Evenings are spent relaxing at the lodge or swimming. Dinner and overnight are at the lodge.

Maasai Mara to Lake Nakuru

You will leave the Maasai Mara at 7:00 AM and drive to Lake Nakuru, enjoying views of the farmlands. Arrive in Nakuru and check into your hotel, followed by an early lunch. At 2:00 PM, drive into the park for a 4-hour afternoon game drive. Here, you can search for white and black rhinos, Rothschild's giraffes, and pink flamingos, among other wildlife. Stop at Makalia Falls for photos. At sunset, head back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Today, check out after breakfast and drive to Nairobi, with a stopover at Lake Naivasha for a boat ride and a walking tour on Crescent Island. You will have an Out-of-Africa experience.
