Unlike the vast plains of the Maasai Mara, Tsavo consists of dense bush and beautiful rock formations. You can sit back and relax today, as you will explore the rust-colored soil in a comfortable extended Landcruiser accompanied by an expert ranger!

You will notice the red sand leaves its mark on the wildlife: the famous elephants have a distinct red glow, and even the zebras are hardly black and white! The massive elephant population is partly thanks to the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, which releases orphans into these wild herds.

Tsavo West is famous for its scenic beauty and is home to the Big Five! A must-see highlight today is Mzima Springs, where crystal-clear water gushes from dry lava rocks. Enjoy exploring this magical "Land of Lava, Springs, and Man-Eaters"!
