Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Your private safari begins with a morning departure from Arusha, traveling through the scenic landscapes of northern Tanzania toward Tarangire National Park. Renowned for its ancient baobab trees, vast savannas, and one of the largest elephant populations in East Africa.

Upon entering the park, you'll embark on an immersive game drive led by your dedicated professional safari guide. Keep your camera ready you may have a chance to see elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, antelopes, and an impressive variety of bird life that thrive around the Tarangire River.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the heart of the wilderness and Later in the day, you'll leave the park and make your way to the tranquil Marera Valley Lodge, nestled in the lush highlands near Karatu. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and coffee farms, the lodge provides the perfect setting to unwind after your first day on safari.

Ngorongoro Crater – Return to Arusha

After an early breakfast, you'll journey to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend 600 meters into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa's most spectacular wildlife destinations.

Home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, the crater offers outstanding opportunities to spot the Big Five in a single day, alongside hippos, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, jackals, flamingos, and countless other species that inhabit this unique natural sanctuary.

Your private game drive allows you to explore the crater at a comfortable pace, stopping whenever wildlife sightings or stunning viewpoints invite a closer look. Around midday, enjoy a picnic lunch beside the famous hippo pool before continuing your final game drive across the crater floor.

In the afternoon, ascend the crater rim and begin your scenic drive back to Arusha, arriving in the early evening with unforgettable memories of two of Tanzania's most iconic wildlife destinations.
