Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, or after being picked up from your hotel in Kigali, you will meet your professional guide and begin your scenic drive north to Volcanoes National Park. En route, you will visit Iby'Iwacu Cultural Village for an authentic cultural experience, where you'll gain insight into Rwanda's rich traditions, music, dance, and local way of life.

After the visit, continue to your lodge for check-in, relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, transfer to the Volcanoes National Park Headquarters for a morning briefing by the park rangers. You will be assigned a gorilla family and begin your unforgettable trek through the rainforest in search of the endangered mountain gorillas.

Once you locate the gorillas, you will spend one magical hour observing them in their natural habitat while learning about their behavior and conservation. After returning from the trek, meet your guide and begin your drive back to Kigali, where you will be dropped off at your hotel or at Kigali International Airport, marking the end of your memorable Rwanda gorilla trekking experience.
