Nairobi to Amboseli – Afternoon Game Drive

Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi. Drive south through the scenic African countryside to Amboseli National Park, famous for its spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro and its large elephant herds. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch before checking in and relaxing. Later, enjoy an afternoon game drive across the park's open plains in search of elephants, lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and numerous bird species. If weather permits, admire the breath-taking snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro as the perfect backdrop to your safari. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, spend the entire day exploring Amboseli National Park, one of Kenya's most iconic wildlife destinations. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives through diverse habitats, including swamps, grasslands, and acacia woodlands, where you'll have excellent opportunities to spot the Big Five, especially Amboseli's famous elephants. Visit Observation Hill for panoramic views of the park and surrounding landscapes.
